Oversaw IT infrastructure operations for 21 US and 2 Canadian locations of a $2.5B international nuclear material remediation and decontamination services company. Managed equipment selection and implementation, annual hardware refreshes, inventory control, LAN/WAN, MPLS network, vendor selection, capital projects, and data centers. Supervised 10 engineers and support analysts. Administered operational and project budgets. Maintained 240 virtual and 60 physical servers. Coordinated audits. Organized and led all site expansion and contraction activities.

·          Saved $100,000 per year by consolidating 2 co-located data centers into a single facility and establishing a disaster recovery site at a main office.

·          Improved productivity by conducting a study of WAN and internet traffic and leading the deployment of low-cost internet circuits at all locations, avoiding $24,000 in additional monthly WAN costs.
